Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 extra large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 (8 oz.) carton yogurt (any flavor, raspberry, peach, etc.)
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Combine all ingredients in bowl.
- Beat on medium speed until smooth, about 3 minutes.
- Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
- Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
- Cake should look dark brown and crusty.
- Let stand in pan 15 minutes.
- Remove. Let cool.
- Sprinkle with lots of powdered sugar.
