Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (cook)
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. onions
- 1 c. rice (Minute)
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayo
Method
- Microwave celery and onion with a tablespoon margarine 4 minutes.
- Stir in large bowl chopped chicken breast, rice, celery, onions, cream of chicken soup, mayo and chicken broth.
- Mix altogether.
- Pour into large casserole dish.
- Crush corn flakes on top.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
- Enjoy.
