Ingredients
- 8 pieces sliced bread
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage, fried
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 lb. shredded sharp cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Layer bread, cheese and sausage in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt together.
- Pour over bread layer. Let stand in refrigerator overnight.
- Add milk to can of mushroom soup; blend until smooth.
- Spread on top of casserole.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
