Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- onions and butter
Method
- Mix the above add enough flour to make a stiff dough. knead well.
- Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into 2 balls.
- Roll out as thin as possible.
- Spread with melted butter and and saute onions.
- Stretch and then roll up, cut into 2 inch pieces.
- Put on top of meat like ribs or steak.
- Cover and steam for 45 minutes.
- This is a complete meal.
