Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 lb. noodles
  • 2 cans cream of chicken, mushroom or celery soup
  • 2 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Method

  • Cook noodles in chicken broth until almost done (don't overcook). In a large saucepan, melt the cheese in the milk, stirring constantly, over low heat. Stir in the noodles (with the chicken broth) and the chicken.
  • It should be quite juicy. Pour into large casserole or make two smaller ones. Can be frozen at this point.
  • Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
