Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. sweet sherry
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Method
- Combine all ingredients.
- Mix with electric beater about 5 minutes at medium speed.
- Pour batter into a greased angel food cake pan.
- Bake in moderate oven (350°) for about 45 minutes or until done.
- Cool in pan about 5 minutes before turning out on rack.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
