Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 stack buttered Ritz crackers

Method

  • Cook chicken before and cut into bite size pieces.
  • Put in greased casserole dish.
  • Heat
  • soup and broth; thicken with flour. Cool.
  • Add sour cream
  • to
  • soup
  • mixture and pour over chicken. Roll crackers until
  • fine
  • and
  • put
  • on
  • top.
  • Pour melted butter over mixture.
  • Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°.
