- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1 stack buttered Ritz crackers
Method
- Cook chicken before and cut into bite size pieces.
- Put in greased casserole dish.
- Heat
- soup and broth; thicken with flour. Cool.
- Add sour cream
- to
- soup
- mixture and pour over chicken. Roll crackers until
- fine
- and
- put
- on
- top.
- Pour melted butter over mixture.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°.
