Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 2 1/2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 c. chopped tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1 can French fried onions

Method

  • In greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish, combine first four ingredients and 1 cup cheese.
  • Blend soup and 3/4 cup milk; pour over casserole.
  • Bake, covered, at 400° for 15 minutes.
