- 1 chicken or 3 breasts, boiled
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- Velveeta cheese
- 1 1/2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Heat soups, broth, Ro-Tel and cheese. Pour over chicken in long casserole dish. Crumble crackers; mix with melted margarine. Spread over chicken and soup mixture. Bake at 350° until brown, about 20 minutes.
