Ingredients

  • 1 cut up chicken or boned breast of chicken (6 small)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. water

Method

  • Place chicken pieces skin side up in a greased baking dish. Do not overlap.
  • Blend together the butter, flour, salt and poultry seasoning.
  • Spread over chicken.
  • Bake at 375° uncovered 20 minutes.
  • Mix together soup, milk and water.
  • Pour over chicken and bake 30 minutes more or until chicken is tender.
