Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
- 1 pkg. lemon cake mix
- 1 envelope whipped topping
- 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
- 1 1/2 c. cold milk
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in 3/4 cup boiling water.
- Add 1/2 cup cold water.
- Set aside.
- Mix cake and bake as directed in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cool cake.
- Poke holes in cake (meat thermometer works good) and slowly pour Jell-O into holes; refrigerate cake and prepare topping.
