Ingredients
- 2 c. diced chicken breasts
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (don't dilute)
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 chopped, hard-cooked eggs
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put in greased 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake in 350° oven.
- Crumble corn flakes on top and bake for 20 minutes.
