- 4 or 5 large chicken breast halves
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
Method
- Cook chicken in 1 1/2 cups water (without salt).
- Cut in rather large pieces and mix with chicken and mushroom soups.
- Add enough water to chicken broth to make 2 cups.
- Then add to chicken and soup mixture.
