Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 large onion rings
- 1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 2 (15 oz.) cans lima beans
- 1 (1 lb.) can butter beans
- 1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can baked beans
Method
- Fry bacon, drain and crumble.
- Place onions, sugar, vinegar, salt and mustard in skillet; simmer for 20 minutes, covered.
- Drain beans (all but baked beans).
- Add sauce to beans and bacon.
- Bake 1 hour at 350° in covered pan.
