Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken chopped
  • 13 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mushrooms chopped
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • onion 1 med., chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 4 ounces chopped green chilies
  • 1 can salsa
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup black olives chopped
  • 6 flour tortillas torn into 1-inch pieces

Method

  • Combine all above and pour into casserole dish.
  • Make early in the day or night before for flavors to mix.
  • Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
  • You may add more cheese to top.
