- 2 1/2 cups cooked chicken chopped
- 13 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mushrooms chopped
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- onion 1 med., chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 4 ounces chopped green chilies
- 1 can salsa
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup black olives chopped
- 6 flour tortillas torn into 1-inch pieces
Method
- Combine all above and pour into casserole dish.
- Make early in the day or night before for flavors to mix.
- Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
- You may add more cheese to top.
