Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 ounces chocolate
- 1 pinch cream of tartar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup marshmallows chopped
Method
- Heat all ingredients except for marshmallows in a medium saucepan until they simmer and eventually reach soft ball stage.
- Remove from heat and beat, using an electric mixer, until creamy. Add marshmallows cut up. Pour into a buttered 8" square pan and allow to harden for at least 3 hours.
- Use a knife to score the fudge into small squares, then slice along those lines.
