Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 lb. can artichokes
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 2 c. crab meat
  • 1/4 c. plus parmesan
  • 1/4 c. toasted bread crumbs

Method

  • Melt butter, stir in flour, add milk gradually. Cook on low, stirring constantly until thickened. Add salt, pepper, Worcestershire, cheese, mustard, eggs, artichokes, mushrooms and crab meat. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bread crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly at 350°. Serves 6 to 8.
