Ingredients
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 lb. chicken, cut up
- 26 oz. Ragu sauce with mushrooms
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
Method
- Mix flour, salt and pepper; coat chicken.
- Heat oil in a skillet until hot.
- Brown chicken on both sides over medium heat; drain fat.
- Add sauce, water, garlic, onion and bell pepper; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; simmer for 30 minutes.
- Serve with rice or spaghetti.
