Ingredients
- boneless chicken breasts, in thin slices (1 lb.)
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm puff pastry shells
- Dijon mustard
- 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing
Method
- Roll out defrosted shells until thin.
- Spread with Dijon mustard.
- Top with chicken slices.
- Roll up and tuck sides under. Spray cookie sheet.
- Put chicken bundles on sheet.
- Apply prepared dressing mix on top of bundles.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
