Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. canola oil
  • 3 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 peeled garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. very low-sodium chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen broccoli

  • 1 medium red pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1/3 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
  • 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 medium banana
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water

Method

  • Heat oil in medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir until chicken is lightly browned.
  • Add 1/3 cup water, bouillon granules, broccoli, carrots, and peppers.
  • Bring to boil, stir in rice, and return to boil.
  • Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 min.
  • Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  • Stir in cheese.
  • Enjoy a banana for dessert.
  • Serve meal with a glass of water.
