Ingredients
- 3 to 4 chicken breasts
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
Method
- Cook chicken and cut into small pieces.
- Cook and drain broccoli as directed.
- Mix chicken, soup, onion, sour cream and broccoli.
- Mix well until blended.
- In casserole, melt 1/2 stick butter.
- Sprinkle bottom heavy with dressing, then spoon on chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle more dressing, then dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
