Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing

Method

  • Cook chicken and cut into small pieces.
  • Cook and drain broccoli as directed.
  • Mix chicken, soup, onion, sour cream and broccoli.
  • Mix well until blended.
  • In casserole, melt 1/2 stick butter.
  • Sprinkle bottom heavy with dressing, then spoon on chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle more dressing, then dot with butter.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
