- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 or 5 chicken breasts
- 2 bunches broccoli
Method
- Cook broccoli in water until tender.
- Place broccoli in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Slice water chestnuts and place over broccoli.
- Cook chicken at 400° for 1 hour.
- Cool and dice; put over broccoli.
- Blend remaining ingredients for sauce.
- Pour over casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350° for half hour.
- Cover with cheese and cook another 15 minutes.
