Ingredients
- 2 Full boneless skinless chicken breast
- 4 cup Cooked rice
- 2 cup Steamed broccolli
- 15 oz Jar of Alfredo Sauce
- 2 cup Grated Cheese
Method
- Layer cooked rice in bottom of 9x13" baking pan.
- Grill chicken and place it in pan upon bed of rice.
- Add steamed broccolli to the top of chicken and rice covering it all with Alfredo sauce.
- Cover rice, chicken, brocolli, and sauce with grated cheese.
- Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
- Serve immediately after removing from the oven.
