Ingredients

  • 2 Full boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 4 cup Cooked rice
  • 2 cup Steamed broccolli
  • 15 oz Jar of Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 cup Grated Cheese

Method

  • Layer cooked rice in bottom of 9x13" baking pan.
  • Grill chicken and place it in pan upon bed of rice.
  • Add steamed broccolli to the top of chicken and rice covering it all with Alfredo sauce.
  • Cover rice, chicken, brocolli, and sauce with grated cheese.
  • Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
  • Serve immediately after removing from the oven.
