Ingredients
- 4 whole chicken breasts
- 4 c. water
- salt
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
Method
- Stew 4 whole chicken breasts in at least 4 cups lightly salted water until done.
- Take breasts out, reserving broth.
- Slice in serving pieces when cool.
- Partially cook 2 packages frozen broccoli spears.
- Drain and put into bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased casserole.
- Layer chicken on top and cover with sauce.
- Make the sauce the same as if you were making white sauce.
