Ingredients

  • 4 whole chicken breasts
  • 4 c. water
  • salt
  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears

Method

  • Stew 4 whole chicken breasts in at least 4 cups lightly salted water until done.
  • Take breasts out, reserving broth.
  • Slice in serving pieces when cool.
  • Partially cook 2 packages frozen broccoli spears.
  • Drain and put into bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased casserole.
  • Layer chicken on top and cover with sauce.
  • Make the sauce the same as if you were making white sauce.
