- 6 oz. uncooked fettuccine
- 1 cup frozen broccoli
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. cubed chicken breast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Prepare fettuccine per package directions.
- Add broccoli last 4 minutes.
- Drain.
- In skillet over medium-high heat melt butter. Add chicken and cook till brown.
- Stir often.
- Add soup, milk, cheese, pepper and noodles.
- Mix and cook through, stirring often.
