Ingredients
- "skinless" boneless chicken breast
- your choice of oil, butter or margarine
- lemon pepper seasoning (as much as you like)
- a dash of salt and pepper
Method
- This may be cooked on top of the stove or baked. I add a little water after the chicken has browned and cover for a few minutes to steam. Then uncover and continue cooking. A side dish of rice and a salad makes a light dinner/supper.
