Ingredients

  • 3 large split/boned chicken breasts
  • 1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat
  • 1/4 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh chives
  • 1 c. cheese flavored croutons, crushed
  • 1 c. mushrooms, chopped
  • slight dash each: cinnamon, ginger, salt and lemon pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together, except chicken and soup.
  • Fill each chicken breast with mixture.
  • Secure.
  • Place, seam side down, in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish (rectangular).
  • Place any extra filling between chicken breasts.
  • Pour undiluted mushroom soup over all.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350°.
  • Garnish with parsley.
