Ingredients
- 8 oz. bacon
- 2 cans pork and beans
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 heaping Tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 c. brown sugar or to taste
Method
- Cut bacon in pieces and fry until brown.
- Drain fat off; add onion and cook just until tender.
- Add catsup, mustard, brown sugar and beans; mix well.
- Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
