Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds Ground Chicken
- 1 head Onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- .5 tablespoon Thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Ground Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary
- 2.5 tablespoons Butter
Method
- Saute onion and garlic in butter on medium heat until golden
- While onions are cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl
- When onions are ready, add them to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Leave remaining butter in the pan to be used to cook the sausages in
- Divide sausage mixture and roll into 12 small balls, each roughly the size of an egg.
- Place several balls into the pan and cook on medium heat.
- Flip when golden brown on the bottom side, and flatten slightly with a spatula to form a nice sausage patty. Cover pan and cook thoroughly.
- Repeat the final two steps until the all sausages are ready.
