Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Ground Chicken
  • 1 head Onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • .5 tablespoon Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Ground Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary
  • 2.5 tablespoons Butter

Method

  • Saute onion and garlic in butter on medium heat until golden
  • While onions are cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl
  • When onions are ready, add them to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Leave remaining butter in the pan to be used to cook the sausages in
  • Divide sausage mixture and roll into 12 small balls, each roughly the size of an egg.
  • Place several balls into the pan and cook on medium heat.
  • Flip when golden brown on the bottom side, and flatten slightly with a spatula to form a nice sausage patty. Cover pan and cook thoroughly.
  • Repeat the final two steps until the all sausages are ready.
