- 1 c. River rice (raw)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 6 chicken breasts
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 small can mushrooms
Method
- Combine all 3 soups
- with onion, mushrooms, parsley and raw rice until well blended.
- Spray
- 13
- 9-inch pan with Pam. Place rice mixture
- in
- pan;
- top
- with chicken breasts. (Be sure to remove all
- fat from chicken.) Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350° for 2 hours.
