Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can artichoke hearts, washed and cut in half
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 4 c. water
Method
- Saute garlic, onion, thyme and artichoke hearts in butter for 15 minutes over medium heat.
- Add water, chicken and bouillon cubes.
- Simmer covered over medium heat for 45 minutes.
- Makes 4 servings.
