Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine, softened
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 5 c. self-rising flour
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Combine margarine, sugar and eggs; mix well. Add flour alternately with milk. Mix well.
- Add vanilla. Grease and flour 8 1/2-inch cake pans. Spread 1/2 cup batter in each pan. Bake at 350° for approximately 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
