Ingredients
- 1 can French-cut green beans
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 cans celery soup
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 2 c. diced cooked chicken
- 1 3/4 c. chicken stock
- 1 (6 oz.) box wild rice
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Last 10 minutes cover with aluminum foil.
- Makes 8 servings.
