Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
- 1 c. water
Method
- Mix soups and butter together.
- Add rice and water.
- Place half of the mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Place pieces of boneless, skinned chicken on mixture.
- Cover with remaining mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 275° for 3 hours. Serves 8 people.
