Ingredients

  • 25 whole Wonton Wrappers
  • 1/2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Parsley, Finely Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

Method

  • 1.
  • Cut the square wonton wrappers in half to form rectangles.
  • 2.
  • Lay wonton pieces out in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.
  • Brush with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • 3.
  • Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until wonton wrappers are light brown and crispy.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
