Ingredients
- 25 whole Wonton Wrappers
- 1/2 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cups Parsley, Finely Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Method
- 1.
- Cut the square wonton wrappers in half to form rectangles.
- 2.
- Lay wonton pieces out in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Brush with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
- 3.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until wonton wrappers are light brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
