Ingredients
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 c. onion
- 1/2 stick butter
- 6 or 8 chicken breasts
Method
- Salt chicken; melt 1/2 stick butter and roll chicken in it. Mix rest of ingredients and place chicken on top of mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered.
