Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. boiled chicken, boned
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. rice
Method
- Melt butter in 11 x 14-inch pan.
- Pour rice over melted butter.
- Mix 2 cans of soup and 2 cans of hot water; pour over rice.
- Place chicken pieces over rice.
- Bake at 325° for approximately 30 minutes.
