Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- garlic to taste
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 1 c. green peas
- 1 c. corn
- 1 can vegetable soup
Method
- Peel, dice and boil potatoes, then mash.
- Brown meat (you can use beef, turkey or combination) with onion and garlic.
- Cook carrot in microwave.
- Add all veggies to meat; stir in soup.
- Pour into casserole dish; top with mashed potatoes.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden.
