Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope onion soup
- 1 box wild rice
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 (2 lb.) chicken, cut into pieces
Method
- Cook long grain wild rice by directions on box.
- Put in a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle onion soup over rice.
- Mix well.
- Place chicken pieces on top.
- Mix soups and oleo in a saucepan and heat until smooth.
- Pour all over the chicken and rice.
- Bake 2 hours at 350°.
