Ingredients
- 2 whole chicken breasts (boneless)
- 1 stalk celery, shredded
- 1/4 c. parsley flakes
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
Method
- Cook chicken in boiling water.
- Cool and cube.
- Add all of the ingredients and return to stockpot used.
- Bring to boil.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Return to boil and stir in noodles as directed on package.
