Ingredients
- 2 skinless chicken breasts (4 halves)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 celery rip, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- parsley to taste
- butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 2 c. cooked noodles
Method
- Cook chicken until tender.
- Season to taste.
- Reserve broth. Saute onion, celery, carrot and some parsley in butter.
- Add soup and broth.
- Continue to stir over medium heat until well blended and hot.
- Add torn chicken pieces and stir in noodles.
- Serve.
