Ingredients
- 2 5/8 cups mushrooms Paris
- 2 1/8 tablespoons butter
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 3/4 cups cheese maroilles
- 1 1/3 pounds potatoes cooked ratte
- chives
Method
- Wash the mushrooms, cut in slices, cook over high heat in a pan with 15 gr. butter.
- Set aside.
- Cut the chicken in small pieces, and the maroilles in small cubes.
- Heat another pan with the remaining butter, brown the chicken, stirring regularly. Add the cooked mushrooms and half the maroilles. Stir on low heat to melt cheese.
- Turn oven on to broil, place potatoes in an oven-proof plate with the chicken.
- Cut the remaining maroilles cheese in thin slices and place on the chicken.
- Brown in the oven for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
