Ingredients

  • 2 5/8 cups mushrooms Paris
  • 2 1/8 tablespoons butter
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 3/4 cups cheese maroilles
  • 1 1/3 pounds potatoes cooked ratte
  • chives

Method

  • Wash the mushrooms, cut in slices, cook over high heat in a pan with 15 gr. butter.
  • Set aside.
  • Cut the chicken in small pieces, and the maroilles in small cubes.
  • Heat another pan with the remaining butter, brown the chicken, stirring regularly. Add the cooked mushrooms and half the maroilles. Stir on low heat to melt cheese.
  • Turn oven on to broil, place potatoes in an oven-proof plate with the chicken.
  • Cut the remaining maroilles cheese in thin slices and place on the chicken.
  • Brown in the oven for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped chives.
