Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar (apple cider)
Method
- Combine sausage, bread crumbs, sage and egg in bowl. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Cook in nonstick skillet over low heat until brown on all sides. Drain!
