Ingredients
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 ground ginger
- dash of ground cloves
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 3 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Combine milk and next 3 ingredients.
- Add to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon 1/4 cup batter onto hot nonstick griddle.
