- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 regular pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Melt margarine; saut onion and celery.
- Mix with stuffing. Place stuffing mixture in 13 x 9 pan, reserving 1/2 cup.
- Top with shredded chicken.
- Mix soups and broth and pour over chicken.
- Top with reserved stuffing mix.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
