Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. granulated sugar
- 3/4 c. pecans
- 1 1/2 tsp. cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Method
- Add cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, sour cream, cooking oil and vanilla together in large mixing bowl.
- Mix well with mixer for about 3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar, pecans, cocoa and cinnamon.
- Pour 1/2 of batter in greased and floured tube cake pan.
- Add 1/2 sugar mixture and swirl with a knife (like a marble cake).
- Add remaining 1/2 of batter and last half of sugar mixture.
- Swirl again.
- Bake 55 to 60 minutes in 350° oven.
