Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c. pecans
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Method

  • Add cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, sour cream, cooking oil and vanilla together in large mixing bowl.
  • Mix well with mixer for about 3 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar, pecans, cocoa and cinnamon.
  • Pour 1/2 of batter in greased and floured tube cake pan.
  • Add 1/2 sugar mixture and swirl with a knife (like a marble cake).
  • Add remaining 1/2 of batter and last half of sugar mixture.
  • Swirl again.
  • Bake 55 to 60 minutes in 350° oven.
