Ingredients
- 1 (10-inch) iron skillet cornbread
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning mix (do not substitute)
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 4 eggs
- chicken broth
- salt and pepper
Method
- Crumble cornbread in bowl.
- Add Pepperidge Farm seasoning mix. Add onion and celery.
- Beat eggs and add.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix in chicken broth until slightly soupy.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
- Cooked chicken may be placed on top of dressing before baking.
