Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 2 lb. chicken breasts, cooked and deboned (can use more chicken if desired)
  • 1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup

Method

  • Cook broccoli in boiling water.
  • Arrange stalks and florets in greased baking dish (9 x 13-inch).
  • Cook chicken until done.
  • Cut up breasts and place chicken on top of broccoli.
