Ingredients

  • 1 (5 or 6 oz.) pkg. medium noodles (3 1/2 c.)
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
  • 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 c. cut-up celery
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 1/4 c. diced pimiento
  • buttered bread crumbs

Method

  • Boil noodles until tender and drain.
  • Mix soup, milk and salt; heat, stirring constantly.
  • Add cheese and stir until melted.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Pour over noodles; mix well.
  • Top with bread crumbs.
  • Bake in hot oven (375°) in uncovered dish about 30 minutes.
