- 1 (5 or 6 oz.) pkg. medium noodles (3 1/2 c.)
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
- 2 c. diced, cooked chicken
- 1 c. cut-up celery
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1/4 c. diced pimiento
- buttered bread crumbs
Method
- Boil noodles until tender and drain.
- Mix soup, milk and salt; heat, stirring constantly.
- Add cheese and stir until melted.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour over noodles; mix well.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake in hot oven (375°) in uncovered dish about 30 minutes.
