Ingredients
- 1 doz. chicken breasts
- strips of bacon
- dried beef
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
Method
- Take chicken breast
- (or
- mixed parts), unseasoned, and wrap each piece of chicken in a strip of bacon. Place chicken in a large shallow pan
- or
- baking dish lined with dried beef. Pour sauce over the
- breasts
- or other pieces of chicken.
- The sauce is made of sour
- cream
- and soups.
- Cover loosely with a sheet of foil and bake
- about
- hours
- in a 350° oven.
- Can serve over rice.
