Ingredients

  • 1 doz. chicken breasts
  • strips of bacon
  • dried beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Method

  • Take chicken breast
  • (or
  • mixed parts), unseasoned, and wrap each piece of chicken in a strip of bacon. Place chicken in a large shallow pan
  • or
  • baking dish lined with dried beef. Pour sauce over the
  • breasts
  • or other pieces of chicken.
  • The sauce is made of sour
  • cream
  • and soups.
  • Cover loosely with a sheet of foil and bake
  • about
  • hours
  • in a 350° oven.
  • Can serve over rice.
